If there is a problem where all or part of your tree has "disappeared" what usually is the case is that someone has inadvertently pruned a branch by changing a relationship--child to parent, or spousal, are the only two types of relationships and are what form the tree. If you go to the spot in the tree where things disappeared, and look at the change log for that person, you should be able to add back the relationship that was severed and restore the branch (graft) back in. When you say all your work is gone, do you mean that everything you have entered from yourself to your parents and all your ancestors and family is gone? Or is it just a portion of the information on one or 2 or several people? Nothing really disappears from FSFT, it just becomes hidden, and perhaps, if we know more specifically what is gone, we here might be able to help you restore what has disappeared.
