Changelog has been changed: When clicking on the person's name in the changelog, it says unknown.

Usually with this big of a site change, it is really good to empty the browser cache and delete all cookies for the site.

They may not have been using any time to fix the problem you are seeing knowing that this would be short term problem. It may even be that preparing the production site for the update may have been causing the problem. If this speculation is the case, it would have been nice for someone to post a quick note of "we know, working on a replacement."

Jeff raised the topic at https://getsatisfaction.com/familysea... over a month ago. Joe Martel is aware and appears to have passed it on (24 days ago), but still no response from the engineers.

"Changes To People I'm Watching" list. Both of those need to no longer display any "Unknown Name" for a person. They may or may not have been related.
