Is it possible to do so with familysearch so people can click on a button to have comunication with some one in the same language. And if the user want they can give acces temporary to there view so the helper will respond more adequately. Because I notice that many questions are not answer because of not enough precision. What do you thing about that? If there is comunication by chat with acces to the site temporary peoples will be serve better.

If you go to the Help in the top right of FamilySearch, there is a chat feature (It is only available during working/open hours). Missionaries that volunteer for FamilySearch also have a tool called TeamViewer that they use to see "live" what is happening. The patron needs to download the software on their computer, and then they can see what is happening, or better guide to teach. The missionary will guide them on how to download if you're not sure. When they use it, it is for a one-time-shot only. You provide a one time password, that gets reset the next time you use TeamViewer.
They also just readjusted the ability to address questions in many languages and in different time zones. Be sure your country is correct in your settings - this helps get your queries to the right queue.
So...use the Help feature --> Contact Us if you want help directly.
    Hope that helps!
