Frustration with some of the changes

Diane Andrew said: I miss the red upside down exclamation mark warning of possible duplicates I also find it harder to find the suggested possible records.
I am also frustrated by the extra steps to sign in and get directly to the home page. But I appreciate you trying to find easier ways for us to work. Thank you for all you do.

    These problems could well relate to your settings and/or device.

    Make sure the "Research Help" section is open on the right hand side of the (person) page (click on the little triangle) so you can view your Possible Duplicates - still highlighted by the red exclamation mark. This will also show you suggested sources that might relate to that ID.

    The sign-in process is quite clear when using a larger screen, but with a small monitor, mobile, etc., I believe you have to click on the "hamburger menu" (the icon with 3 horizontal lines) at the top right of the Home page.

    Unfortunately, programmers (not just FamilySearch ones) expect everyone to be "computer savvy"!
