If you don't see it in those places*, then they did not enter a reason (which is extremely common)
*Note that there is currently appears to be a bug that in very rare cases may prevent a reason that was entered from being properly saved:

The reasoning behind not wanting to take the time to enter their reasoning is that it is obvious why they did what they did. It may be obvious to them, but very few, if any, of us are mind readers.0 -
