Jay said: When I share a batch I like to do both of these
-- copy the full name of the batch from the header line of the indexing tool and paste it into a message.
-- click the third icon from the right end of the Indexing toolbar and copy the link that is shown into a message.

I like to do both because doing the first shows the project name (allowing others to know what the project is without opening the batch) and having the link makes it very easy for others to open the batch.

I would like to suggest that the link that is provided when the share batch tool is activated be the full name of the batch with the URL for the batch attached to it as a hyperlink. This would provide both of those pieces of information in a single item that could be copied and pasted together rather than separately.
