Photographs not loading

I am trying to upload photos and the message says photo already on file.

tried to change the file name and up loaded again with a completely different name and got the same message.

is their some meta file name not visable that keeps the upload not working.

Also what is the memory limit in galary? I have 320 photos, can that be a problem?
