What has happened to the Help Desk contact number. I am a Temple and Family History Leader in my ward. Before I could click on the Help Desk and see that I was shown as a resource to those in my ward. I was also able to ask questions by category and receive case numbers. I was also able to make telephone contact if there was a specific question. None of that is available to me now. Why have you shut the process down?
