Persons Missing on Family Tree

Dawn Oswald said: I compared the information I have regarding ancestors on the old Ancestral File with information regarding the same ancestors on Family Tree. This involved thousands of comparisons.
The result: many persons were missing on Family Tree and ordinances that were already done were also missing. (This was for ancestors born in Medieval times.) Can anything be done to prevent these losses from happening? Can the lost information be restored on Family Tree?

As Church members extend their pedigree to Medieval times, I'm sure they would be pleased to find Family tree for this time span in order.0

John Fitzgerald Kennedy's tree down to my family is missing records in the 1500's. Sir Richard Cholmeley, born 1516, ID# LYSK-JTY has his next ancestor listed as Sir Hugh Cholmeley, born 1600, ID# G9KQ-GT3. There are two missing records between them. Henry Cholmeley, born 1552, ID# LVFC-GWD, and Sir Richard Cholmeley, born 1580, ID# LDHD-YJ4.
My line is Jeanine Anne Gross, ID# L8TY-JCD, through my father Lloyd Osborne Gross, born 1908,ID# LLQQ-XNZ. My connection is to Kennedy's wife Jacqueline Bouvier.
