Are there plans for it (along with parts B & C) to be published for online access? Or will it have to be viewed some other way?

I cannot find records of Jamaica Births/Deaths/Marriages from 1930-1950 for my families. These are family members I knew. Family tree gives me validations and correctness of names. So if someone in this community have an answer please post the Search Criteria.
