Need easier access to Fix Errors

Roger Peck said: There has to be a way in fixing errors to these records. Its bad enough when the birth dates are wrong but to completely screw up the spelling of a name is wrong on several levels. If the person indexing the information does not know for sure the data, pass it on to someone else to figure out.
