1840 Census - Attaching to wife?

I've found my ancestor Isaac on the 1840 census. It obviously doesn't list names of household members, but his wife is accounted for. How do I attach this record to her?

I'd do this via the Source Box, with a note of what evidence you have, e.g. her age falling into the range shown on the census entry (assuming you have sufficient other evidence to verify the relevant profiles are definitely the right ones, obviously). I have myself attached both wife and children where the numbers, genders, and age ranges look good.
