After years of being in Family History consultant calling (Ward), I just found out about the reports needed each month? When Ward reports are are needed there was nothing listing for Family Search. Only when getting new hardware and calling Family Search support to find out my center number to start the new computers, I was asked why it had been so many years or if I heard of this report? Am I the only one in North America missing this information or training from leadership?
