PDFs of Journals >15MB?

How do we get around the file size limitation for something substantial like a journal? This has to be a common thing. An 80-page journal I want to upload is 388MB. I used an internet converter that took 80 JPGs, and converted to a single PDF file

If you search here on Community for "compress PDF" you'll see many discussions on this topic. Basically your options are to reduce the resolution, either as you scan or by using PDF tools to compress the PDF file, and then to split it into a small number of files to get under the 15MB limit.
