How do I recover my To-Do List, which disappeared about 4 months ago?
I have written to support@familysearch.org many times and received no answer, so let´s try this community.
I´ve using FamilySearch.org website for almost 10 years (Portuguese language, I´m from Brazil) and at homepage we had this To-Do-List (Lista de Tarefas, in Portuguese) just at bottom left part, a place where I use to write the tasks or ideas I should look whenever I got some free time to do it.
My list had about 20 tasks, things I´d like to chech at a Family Center, etc .. but in a recent update of the webpage, this list suddenly disappeared, without any previous advice. I kindly request FamilySearch to re-open the access to my list, or at least supply me a copy of that, and I shall maintain it in another place.
There were several important items on my list but they have gone and I shall never remember all of them. Help please

Here is the thread I recalled, from April, about changes to the Home Page, based on location. The final comment, From Stephanie K, confirms the different appearance based on location.

There is a comment within the thread that may allow you to access your Tasks list @Jose Roberto do Rego

Wow, many thanks @Áine Ní Donnghaile
Following your hint, just found back my To-Do list at https://www.familysearch.org/en/home/to-do/
Will make a copy of it in another place so never worry again on loosing it.
This community is incredible, thanks again you all.

@Jose Roberto do Rego just to make sure I am looking at the correct section—this is not showing on the right hand side of your homepage?

@Jose Roberto do Rego, my homepage has a To-Do List as the fourth section in the right-hand column, between the Record Hints and the Recently Viewed list. Is your page arranged differently?

Thanks for reply, @Julia Szent-Györgyi and @Rhonda Budvarson.
My To-Do List used to appear in the place you described. Now it is gone. Problem started when FamilySearch updated the homepage, about 4 months ago.
I talked to 2 different people at the help-desk here in Brazil, and they suggested me to write to support@familysearch.org and I did it, many times, with no reply.
I´m happy to hear that such list still exists, so my list may not be lost forever. But I still can not access it.
Any suggestion?

@Julia Szent-Györgyi and @Rhonda Budvarson
Are you members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints? Maybe on latest update they limited the access to such members (I´m not).
I just would like to make a copy of the list, no need to re-open access to use it again.

@Jose Roberto do Rego, no, I am not LDS.
I suspect it has more to do with where you are: FS makes various changes to what it shows people depending on what the system reports as their location. (This is because there are places where the laws impact what's allowed.) Perhaps when they made changes to the Brazilian (South American?) version of the homepage, a programmer forgot the To-Do List?
I have vague ideas that one could test this theory if one had a VPN that could, say, report "U.S." as one's location, but that nebulous thought is about as far as my knowledge or abilities extend.

I think there was a thread a few weeks/months ago about the home page having a different appearance based on the user's location. I recall some Australian users had a very different home page from those of us in the USA. Guessing that Jose might not be based in the US and may have a different layout on his home page.

Thanks for the reply @Áine Ní Donnghaile
I am in Brazil. Already tried changing the language to English (originally I had it configured to Portuguese) and also configured my profile as if I was American, but problem remains.
I have not tried a VPN to simulate a conection from US, it is beyond my current technical skills. Any suggestion?
Hope some of the software engineers responsible for the webpage have some time to help me.

@Jose Roberto do Rego I'm not an engineer, and I don't currently have a VPN to test the theory. @Rhonda Budvarson may be able to pass the question up the line to a programmer.

My to do list appears as it should.

@ScottSeegmiller, but are you in Brazil? Yes, the list is exactly where it should be, for all of us looking from here in the U.S., but that doesn't help the original poster, who isn't in the U.S.
My impression of locations versus the internet is that it's kind of a hide-and-go-seek arms race between web programmers and browser programmers. The former want to know where people are; the latter want to make it possible for people to hide. I know there exist ways to get a website to display as it would elsewhere in the world, but I don't know what those ways are.

@ScottSeegmiller , the initial page I see is https://www.familysearch.org/en/home/portal/
On this page, I see the "Recently Viewed" 3 names at center top, the "Record Hints" 3 names at center bottom and the "Search for an ancestor" panel at right section. My To-Do-list used to appear at right-bottom, but there is nothing there.
As @Julia Szent-Györgyi mentioned, I´m accessing from Brazil, so regional differences may explain that.
Thanks @Rhonda Budvarson , hope someone can help me recovering the list. Best Regards
