This person (PID) cannot be found

When I successfully sign in to FamilySearch with my own username and password, then click Tee, I get this message: This person (PID) cannot be found.

However, at the top right of the screen it shows my username and my picture ID. It is Me, but it's not linking the tree to me, the message is This person (PID) cannot be found.

I've had the same problem a few times lately. There seems to be a glitch. If I go to the profile for one of my parents, then I can access my profile.

Sometimes, just refreshing the page a couple of times will force your profile to display.

Thanks for your quick reply. When I refresh the page, even repeatedly, my tree quickly flashes on the screen but then it disappears just as quickly and the message returns…This person (PID) cannot be found.

Hopefully the glitch can soon be identified/resolved.

I'll search for an ancestor to see my tree.

@Ashlee C. It appears to be intermittent. It happens to me sometimes, but not every time.

@vhansen Is this still issue still happening to you? I haven't been able to recreate the problem.
