I need help with translation PLEASE

I need some help with a translation of marriage record for  Jacobus Woyciechowszczak and Mariannam Skonieczna 8 Oct 1790 at Rzadkwin Poland. It show Jacobus's father as
Josephi Naleway*. This does not seem correct with differt surnames.

Joseph Naleway GQ5G-FS4 was married to a Marianna Wojciechowsczak GQ5G-W34

This record was noted in an unusual way. As for the groom Jacobus Wojciechowszczak, it misses the most important relation -names of his parents and the word - son / filius. Instead it sets apart Joseph Naleway as by way of respect and family relation ( congenitus frater uxoris) to Wojciechowszczaks. As for respect, the reason for Joseph Naleway's name to appear in the first line may refer to his local social position - " Praetore vici de Rzadkwin" - mayor of the village of Rzadkwin. The record reads also Antonius Wojciechowszczak de Sławsk, poor , hired worker with no homeof his own , brother of Jacobus Wojciechowszczaak, who the record reads a shepherd.
