Translate letter from 1892 from Norway

I have an old letter from 1892 written in Norwegian that was sent from the United States to Norway. I need help translating it. I have spent many hours on Google translate but the letter is not making sense. Obviously I am not translating it correctly. Can anyone help? I can download a copy of the letter.
