To-Do List
Idea: Ascending and Descending Tab by Date
An “Ascending Tab” and “Descending Tab” to sort the To-Do’s “by date” would help me to view the most recently added current item to the To-Do List first, rather than scroll to the last item on the list.
The To-Do List, to me, is a hidden treasure tool that I have never used to its capacity. The Help Tab and Community could support this feature by giving more useful direction.
If I am working on “family A”, and I add a note to the ‘to-do list’, I would like to see that note first, at the top of the list, as a reminder of an item that I need to do before leaving “family A”, and moving on. What I see now at the top of the list is another note for a family that I worked on four years ago, and I don’t want to get sidetracked to address that To-Do note, because I will never get back to where I am at presently. I know this is a lengthy comment, however, I don’t think I am the only person that doesn’t use this feature to its fullest.
Side Note: Often I would like to make a note on a person for follow-up which I now have to keep on a notebook. The notebook fills up quickly, and can be a nuisance. If the To-Do List functions as my notebook in FS, can the person page have a tab to link to the To-Do List? In other words, while I am in the person page, I would like to view the To-Do List for that particular person.
FS has already programmed this into the To-Do List, can it be reciprocating?
Thank you for simply being at work today, or volunteering your time and talent. You are valuable and a necessary part of this effort of FAMILY.
