Trouble with granting helper permission

This problem is still happening. Are there any updates to show when this will be fixed? It seems to work when we text the link from a phone, but it doesn't work through the share feature online.

I have a problem described, and it's already 1 week.

Had no problem sending to 2 others same day - one had gmail.com - no problem, another had me.com - no problem

But this one has gmail.com - can't send at all. red blotted out rest of names for privacy reasons.

In my case, the person's permission expires Sept 18th.
