Why did my indexing totals get reset to zero?
I started indexing records here around 2020. I know I have indexed several hundred records, maybe over a thousand. I haven't done any indexing for over six months, though. Today when I went to look at "My Indexing Totals," everything has been wiped out as if I have never done any indexing at all. I have only one FS account, I'm logged in, and the system knows I've done the indexing training because it tells me "Welcome Back!" The only problem is that the indexing totals are all zero. Did something get lost in the migration to the new website design?

Are you certain you are logged in with the same username? My indexing totals are still intact. I was a very active indexer, although I index less frequently now.

I saw a few other questions where people have wondered what happened to their indexing totals.
A message from May 2022 mentions indexing on the "new system" and suggests trying a new batch with the new system to see if the totals get recovered. I just tried this. I indexed a batch of 2 items, and now my totals are at 2. :(
Other messages indicate that the "new system" may have come online around 2017, which is several years before I started indexing, so mine didn't get lost in the merge from the old system to the new system because they were done starting in 2020.
