Is there a way to recover the total of indexed that was done 2 or more years ago.

I have a few members who had indexed sometime ago, over 2 years ago and in their Indexed Total it shows no amount indexed when they had done so before.

If they index a batch in the current system, that might update the totals to include what they did in the older indexing program.

Also, it's possible that they have more than one account.
