Create account for members without cellphone or email

Many elderly people do not use technology like cell phones and email. However, they still need to do their family history\temple work for their family. As a consultant, I can help them do their work at the FamilySearch Library. But, without an account, how do they build and maintain their tree and submit names for temple work? The members that I am trying to help do not have any family members to help them.
