Same here...... only on sources page.....

Update: This seems potentially related to the number of sources linked to an individual.
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/G876-P6J has only 4 sources linked and when I was patient and just let it play out, it only refreshed a couple times and then stopped on its own.
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/KWJX-29V has 48 sources linked and goes on and on refreshing. I didn't count the number of refreshes it actually performed, but when I allowed it to just go in the background, it did eventually stop after a few minutes and now I can see the page fine.

I have been having this same issue all morning. I even tried restarting my computer, using different browsers, and incognito/private windows, but the problem persisted.

Thanks for making us aware of this error that is occurring. I will investigate further with our engineers and report back as soon as I have an update.

Update: I have spoken with the engineers and this is a known issue that they are actively working on. They hope to have a resolution within the hour. Hang in there!

@SarahSquire2 - Do you still have this problem for the person you linked? I let that page refresh itself in the background for a while and now it loads fine an any browser for me. Hopefully it's not account-specific so you can load it without problems now.
I'm hypothesizing, but this looks like a missed/delayed conversion on the server side. The first time a person is opened after some kind of a recent update to the website, a conversion runs on the fly for that record, which requires the page to refresh X number of times per source (or something like that) while something compiles/updates. A pretty clunky conversion (and hopefully not intentional), but it seems to have an end if you allow the page to just keep refreshing until it's done.Edit: just saw Diane's comment about adding a new source and the loop starting over, so not a one-time conversion, but seems like something is struggling to compile.

We have a jumping all over the page problem here. Can see multiple concerns being expressed. I noticed this yesterday and it is still a problem today. Best wishes!

At least for me, it has been resolved. I just tried 5 or 6 different pages, full of sources, in my family, on both Firefox and Chrome. No more reloading here.

@ Jason Gabbitas : I tested a couple pages listed here including the one I reported and it seems to have stopped. In regards to your strikeout - it would make sense since I have about 24 sources on that page. Maybe I just didn't wait long enough.. :-\
I have not added any new ones (yet), though, like Diane.

The Sources tab appears to be be working properly now.

Adding to previous comment about sources page and system continuously resetting: Re-checked at 1:45pm...all dates are back on the sources page, system working properly now.

I'm having the exact same issue starting this morning. Can't view any sources on any profile, because the sources on the sidebar or on the tab up top on any profile just continuously refreshes the page. Running Win11 and Chrome 112.0.5615.138. edit: NM just saw fixed - thank you!

Just checking back, how is everyone doing? The engineers have reported that they applied their fix and all should be well now. Let us know if there are any new occurrences. Thanks everyone!
