Where are these other names coming from?

Please copy the batch name and paste it. You have to give more information for someone to look into.

Lisa, you are correct that only the names from your single image should be indexed. For some reason, the indexer got carried away and has incorrectly indexed, in entries 14 through 27, the names from the +1 Reference Image. You, as the Reviewer, should delete those incorrectly added entries.
Here are those names from the +1 reference images. You, and others looking on, can see where those extra names/entries came from.
NOTE: For anyone trying to share the batch and help Lisa, or just understand where I got the above Reference Image info, you won't be able to see the reference images unless you use a technique like the one I describe in the comment in the following link. Lisa's example happens to be a single-film case, but sometimes the batch image is on one of a group of multiple films and it takes some arithmetic to determine which film and which image on that film contains the batch image. From there you can find the Reference images on either side of the batch image.
Moderators, PLEASE ask FS to allow a helper who opens a Shared Batch to be able to see the Reference Images. In this case, without seeing the Reference Images, a helper could only GUESS that this (above) was Lisa's batch's issue.

This isn't a review batch. It's an indexed batch.

Thanks for that observation, Barbara. That explains some of Lisa’s confusion. Probably that batch expired on the initial Indexer, so it went back into the indexing pool. Everything above still applies.
So, as the Indexer who inherited an “over-indexed” batch, Lisa should delete the extra entries, verify that she agrees with the other entries or make corrections where needed, and submit. An official Reviewer will get Lisa’s version to double-check, correct where needed, and submit the batch for publication (hopefully).
MODERATORS: I do hope that FS restores the Reference Images option to Shared Batches. The inability to (easily) access to Reference Images from a Shared Batch severely hampers a Helper trying to assist a fellow Indexer. We shouldn’t need to take extreme measures like I did in order to verify the source of a problem.

Amen to your last paragraph there, John! Not seeing those images really does make helping others harder.
