9bris means November, not September. The months September through December were originally months 7-10 and their names in Latin literally translate to "7th month", "8th month" etc.

Derck Raben is quite unambiguously the father in this record. The baptised child is Behl, his daughter.

Thank you for confirming the original translation you sent me. Derck Raben was married in 1749, so I was hoping that 1726 might be his birth time.
