Messaging Communication between interested parties. problems

A. The discussion messages sent directly to me (not just posted) I am getting in the ap, But they do not include a link to the name of the person being discussed. For example I might have a message about a death record for a Christen Jensen who died in 1837, but there is not a way for me to find which Christen Jensen we are talking about. The link needs to be in the subject heading that is included. It seems like it is there sometimes, but not always.

B. I sometimes open my phone and see that I have messages, but then the link to messages in FamilySearch on the computer does not show them. It is much easier to deal with them on the computer than on the phone, but again sometimes they show up and sometimes I don´t see them until days later. Again, these messages need a link to the ID of the person they are about. Since I can click on something and the system fills in who I am writing about. It needs to includes a link back to that person and an ID in case the link doesn´t work.

Sometimes there is a link and sometimes not. What is with that?

From other threads on this same topic, it seems that messages sent using the old/previous page have a link while messages sent from the new version of the page do not have a link to the person.
