Website issues
I couldn't find a place to report questions about web site issues apart from here.
1) In the past week or so I have been experiencing frequent logout issues. In fact I have always had relatively short durations (a day or so) staying logged into FS despite clicking the "stay logged in" button. I would maybe get 3 days or so, not 2 weeks. Now I seem to get logged out every 5-10 minutes. One time I didn't even have enough time to log in, immediately copy and paste a date, location and source before it said I couldn't save. I then had to refresh the window yet again and got the Incapsula page. Which takes me to the next issue...
2) I am constantly getting the Incapsula virus/malware window when logging in. It is not remembering me. No, my computer does not have a virus or malware, and even though it says to click the anti-bot box and it will remember me, it isn't. Since I am having to log in many times per hour this is getting old -- fast.
3) I notice I will soon be required to use the new person page layout. I just tried it. I went to edit burial information for somebody and it presented a wide but very short in height box. Basically it displayed part of a line height at a time instead of the whole entry field. I had to scroll up and down one line at a time. The old page and its field entries still works fine for me.
I will admit I am not using the newest browser (Firefox) but I am using the newest I can without buying a new computer. Maybe Incapsula isn't that understanding about old browsers. It will just become impossible for me to continue to use the FS interface once I have to use the new layout, and being logged out and having to run the Incapsula thing each time isn't making it any more inviting.

I am having the same problem using Google Chrome, looking at older threads, the same problem occurred in November of this year.

@BHAS1 This is a great place to ask your questions. If you have questions about differing topics, it is easier to address them in separate discussions. We would not want one question to be overlooked because another is dominating the thread.
There are posts on being logged out at https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/134464/is-anyone-else-having-to-keep-signing-in-to-community-or-getting-additional-security-check-in#latest. I believe there are also comments in there about Incapsula. Both are known issues that have been reported to engineers.
There is a group in the community specifically for sharing feedback about the new person page. You may want to share your feedback there. https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/316-new-person-page

Thanks for replying MaileLoveland. 😀 Yesterday I spent about 30 minutes entering 15 or so entries for one person in a tree but got so frustrated with being logged out about every other entry or so. No real warning other than perhaps the feature that standardized information unexpectedly wouldn't offer anything and then I knew that something was probably wrong. At least I didn't have to click buses or bicycles, just refresh the page, do the "I am not a robot" button, then re-enter all the data that I hadn't yet saved. Still, normally I would have entered a lot more data that I have discovered but it was just getting old. In addition I was uncertain that once I am obliged to use the new person page that this service will just be unworkable for me. I kind of stopped mid-bio thinking, "What's the point in adding anything now if in 3 weeks I'm not going to be able to use this site?" I think I can still search for data all right but alas my actually contributing anything to this site is going on hold for a few weeks until I see if it will continue to be usable for me. 😟
Oh, after posting to this forum I did happen to stumble across the new person page topic and posted about the line height issue there.
I'll add that I too had difficulty in seeing how to post feedback. I think it said something about looking for the link in the sidebar but for me it is at the bottom left of the page.

Posted information is incorrect. Person listed with wrong surname and parents. Source, family Bible. Where do I share this information?
Myra Reed is listed as the daughter of her sister, Ann Eliza Alexander Reed Brewster. . She really was the daughter of Adlai Ewing and Sarah W. (Sims ) Alexander. Her correct name was Mira Amanda Alexander, and she was born 15 Dec 1850. She married John Walker on Dec. 2, 1875. This information is from the Alexander family Bible.

@PenelopeCulver, you can ask a new question (rather than appending a comment to an unrelated thread) by choosing a category in the Categories box of the right-hand column, and then clicking the big blue Ask a Question button at the top of that column on the category's page.
The answer to "where do I share this information" rather depends on where exactly you're seeing the error. If it's in the shared, collaborative Family Tree, then you can make the necessary changes yourself, by editing the profile and its relationships. However, before you start, make sure that the profile really is for the person you're thinking of, and not for a different person who really did have that name and those parents. The error may be in the connection to your relatives, and not in the name and parents.
If you can't figure out how to do something in Family Tree, you can ask a question in the Family Tree category here, and people (mostly other users of FS, like you and me) will be happy to try to explain, or to dig up some relevant Help Center articles, or both.
