Fewer Hints at one time

I have been working to attach the hints for my husband's family for quite a while now. No matter how many hints I attach, there are always 300 hints. As soon as I complete one (which might contain 20 or more individual records) another one replaces it.

I realize that there has to be a lot of hints for this to be the case and we appreciate the hints, but it really is discouraging for a person to feel like they are never making any progress. I would suggest maybe showing 100 hints at a time and let the number decrease until those are completed and then replace with another 100.

Where on Earth are you seeing 300 hints??

I thought I had a lot when the robo-indexed stuff showed up this summer, turning both my and my spouse's fan charts a solid blue, but that added up to probably 250 total -- from both sides. And they weren't all correct.

I just went and checked the home page (which I never use), and it deigned to show me 48 record hints.
