Reference images are not working - Dutch reformed church Registers (Advanced)

Sometimes I need the Ref images. For example Batch [M36W-BTT]. Need baptism dates for first entry.

    The reference images have had intermittent problems for over a year. I guess solving this is not a priority. Here is a link to an older post of mine that MAY help -

    Note also, however, that generally you should only index from a reference image when a record spans two or more images, with the second or later images being the first and possibly later reference images. Nonetheless, some projects (many military ones) allow you to look at prior reference images to identify military date information. Reference images can also often be useful when trying to decipher difficult handwriting. They may have other legitimate uses that I have not mentioned.

    We should always be able to view them when indexing, reviewing or viewing a shared image. Please fix this chronic problem.

    Thanks. It also wastes time. I hate doing that. Will not do that anymore. Birth dates are more desirable.
