help with Czech translation
Is there anyone on here that could translate an entry on the page of the link below? I was unable to get a good pic on here. There are 3 entries on the page, but I just need the headings at the top and the bottom entry translated to English. Thanks

So, if I understand, you are not talking about individual entries from weddings, but about the translation of the pre-printed text at the top of the page?
Year | Place | Devoting Priest: | Groom and bride
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Month and Day | name and house number | vicar, chaplain, authorized | Christening name, groom's surname, state, estate, place and number of the house, where it comes from; Christening name, last name and status of parents. -
-------- almost the same for the bride.
And at the very bottom is the Latin text, but it only indicates the check of the registry page by another priest.
