Search Records - Clearing filters missing

Normally, when I search records in FamilySearch, I use the record filters. However, the blue bubbles with an "X" (to clear the filter) are no longer available. They seem to be hidden behind the screen as they will "blink" on for a split second. Not having having the ability to easily clear the filters is very challenging!! I can't tell what filters are on, and I can't turn them off. I have to use the browser's back button to return to the original search and/or start over from the person page for each search. We need to be able to easily modify searches with filters.

Search Records Filters are extremely important in our research!!!!! Please restore the blue bubbles so that we can easily facilitate filters on and off!!!!!

Based on the way those blue bubbles come and go based on screen width, this has to be a bug that snuck in and not any intended feature change. I hope it won't take them too long to fix, but I'm sure they will repair this.

Whatever "this" is that is creating the problem with disappearing filters is quite frustrating. I do a good bit of genealogical research, and for the last several days, I have had to spend more time in search records than normal. If a filter that is chosen needs to be changed, the back button of the browser is the only way to get back to original search. That is too much time wasted.

I certainly hope there is a quick fix, because I really like using Family Search.

    Is this what you mean?

As you can see, I am experiencing no problem here. It might help if you could detail your browser and operating system. I assume you have tried the common remedy of clearing your cache / cookies.

This was a temporary bug. I just checked and it is fixed. Here was the original report and the conversation about it: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/129945/how-to-clear-search-filters-when-no-x-is-shown-for-the-filter#latest
