Translation of Marriage Record

I do not speak Danish and have this marriage record of my 2nd Great Grandparents. They are record 1847 #2 in the following record. [Peter Jakobsen and Mette Maria Jensen]

Could someone please translate this whole record for me. I am trying to determine if it gives where they are from or any significant dates. There appears to be 2 dates in the remarks column and I am hoping it is birth or christening dates.
