Searching Memories
My mom (who passed away March 2021) added a TON of memories into FamilySearch. She tagged all of them but I am not finding everything. It is a lot of work to sift through the memories using names/titles that I'm guessing my mom would have used.
It would be efficient if there was a way to search memories by contributor.
Is that possible?

Thats why I always recommend people put items into FS ALBUMS
so that clicking on the Album one can find all the items in the album and not have to go looking one by one..

and along the same lines . . . Im hoping that as you find those items your mom posted - that YOU put them into one of YOUR albums - so that they are so much easier to browse through.

so for example this is one of hundreds of albums I have posted to :
each album having a specific specific subject
this is for example an album dedicated to School photos
https://www.familysearch.org/photos/gallery/album/531659
using albums is the best way to group items together and allow those who come after - to find them all simply by accessing the folder album.
BUT if the user never used albums - its a pain like you refer to. - since there is no way to access the "Gallery" of the person.
NO there is no way to easily search by submitter - and I think that option has intentionally been left out.
though in cases like yours it would be GREAT.

The memories team has informed us that they are looking at new improved ways to search Memories and make it much more focused on users personal ancestral histories and stories. They have added this to the list of needs to consider.
