Large Households to "Group" - Not working if multiple pages

Hi.

I was just working on a university where all the inhabitants are "lodgers" - they are not necessarily a family but they all live at the same place so I decided to group them as a household. This list spanned at least two pages. I clicked on all the names on the first page, then went to the second page but as soon as I clicked on the first name the screen went "Oops...something went wrong! Please refresh the page" - and this happened over and over again.

Not sure what to do about this situation.

ALSO question - with these very large households, what do we do if it started on the previous page? Normally with a small household I would leave another user to do it, but does that mean only if we get the first page we can group these large households?

Take a look at the following help articles.

Sometimes the program asks if there are more members of the household on the next page, as shown in the attached example below for the Elkins family.

    1. Clicked the Next button. I got the message at the top of the C-ID box (shown in the attached example below).
    2. Select Yes. Item 2. appears and it allows you to select the rest of the household and highlights them.
    3. Click the Next button. You are taken back to the "bottom of page 1" (the previous page) to continue reviewing the household.

The program will then go through the rest of the review process, but review each section going from page 1 to 2 (i.e., you'll review Fields 7-8 from page 1 then from page 2, Fields A-11 on page 1 then page 2, etc.)

If you don't get the message, follow the article instructions below:

How do I handle an incomplete family that is a continuation from the previous image?

The correct response in this situation is to skip the household and report the issue.

    Steps

    1. At the bottom of the page, click Skip Household.
    2. In the list of possible issues, click the box for Other.
    3. Describe the issue.
    4. Click Submit.

Yes, so the program asks if there are more people on the next page, and I click "yes". But as soon as I check off a box on that page, it gives me the error message.

    @KathrynAS

Probably too many records in the household for the program to handle? With multiple error messages, over multiple days, Skip Household, click Other, and describe the problem.
