How do I get rid of additional entry forms when indexing. I have two images and 4 forms

If you have completed all of the valid entries on a batch and have blank entries left, go to the icon at the top of your batch that looks like a trash can. Click on it and click on delete blank entries. You will then be able to submit the batch.
Most batches are set up with extra blanks in case they are needed for additional entries. If not needed go to the trash can icon and delete them. Sometimes there are not enough blanks and you will have to add some more.
