Hello,

Well, years ago I had an account in whcih I started creating my family tree. I have been able to annex these people to my new account's user name. But my only living grandma's acestors seem to be blocked because I know I have put their names but I cant even search for them. I have no way of recuperating that account, i do not recall either the name nor the email y used. My name in the forme account was as follows "@EnzoSaccoccia Caggiano1 instead of @EnzoSaccoccia Caggiano as it is now. I have sent a message to my forme account aside from a rquest to acces his family tree. But obviously I wont receive any message back.

I want this information because some of it is only present there, i have no other record as the person whom i had interwied has passed away.

What can i do?

You want to recover access to your account. FamilySearch Support can help. To contact them use the Contact Us link in the sidebar menu (or page bottom menu, if your window is narrow).
