Who can help me to get my tree back

I can not log in to the system to work on my tree.

The system keeps on saying that my account is not authorised and that I am in Japan.

I live in South Africa.

I hope that 2 years off work is not down the drain.

FamilySearch users in Japan need special authorization to use FamilySearch (due to the laws of Japan). Your account is not lost and your work is not deleted, but you cannot access it in Japan without special authorization.

There must be something with your computer or internet settings that it making FamilySearch think you are in Japan.

Hopefully a FS staff member will respond soon and help you. It would probably be easiest if they simply gave you the special authorization to use FamilySearch in Japan.
