Sort Contact Us by User Location
It would be very convenient to have the contact us list sorted by user location, i.e. I am in the United States, so the "North America Area FamilySearch Support" should come up first, instead of the Asia Pacific Area FamilySearch Support, and then having to scroll all the way down.

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
I would humbly venture to suggest, that the "Contact Us" page/screen, is simply ordered in "Alphabetically" ...
ie.
Asia Pacific Area FamilySearch Support
Europe Area FamilySearch Support
Latin America Area FamilySearch Support
North America Area FamilySearch Support
Now ...
That Said ...
I agree, that having, a User's/Patron's, actual "Location", on TOP, would save time for the User/Patron.
But ...
That Said ...
As, there are MANY competing "Priorities", in the "Family Tree" Part (and, the OTHER Parts), of 'FamilySearch'; and, there are "Very" LIMITED "Resources" (ie. "Funds") available, to 'FamilySearch'.
Personally ...
I DO NOT want, 'FamilySearch', to spend ANY effort, on doing; as, you suggest.
As, there are far too MANY more, IMPORTANT things, that need addressing/fixing, in 'FamilySearch'.
Seriously ...
It is really NO effort, on the part of the User/Patron, to spend a few SECONDS, going down the list, on "Contact Us", to find the "Region", that pertains to, the particular User/Patron.
I am sorry ...
Just my thoughts.
I know, that this certainly may not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective.
Brett
ps: I am sure, that there are those, that would claim, bias on my part; as, My "Region", is "Asia Pacific Area".
pps: But, truly, such is not the case, that is just, a lucky happenstance ...

I like how the "Contact Us" section is organized by user location. I agree that the secions need to be ordered differently (alphabetically, or at least with the 'users' area first).
What caught my eye was that North America is not "North America", but rather "North America and Canada". To whomever placed the titles, North America consists of Canada, the USA, and Mexico. What happened to Mexico?
If you're only going to include the USA and Canada (presumably because of language and culture), then name it as such. And where do Mexican's go for help?

@Christine Latchman Mexican and other Central Americans use the Latin America location:
but you are correct Central America is part of North America.

I commented an this topic, and was actually going to edit my comment to suggest that that the area from which you were logged in be the first to appear, in line with Ij s suggestion in this "Suggest an Idea", as it does sound as those with small screens are not scrolling down far enough to see the full content.
However before I could make my edit the topic was locked, presumably by the originator who was also a moderator. I cannot think of a reason for this, other than to prevent discussion, but why?
The IT people should look at how the information displays on a small screen and preferably make amendments, so that the area you are in displays first.
