How can I get a ward member who is indexing to show up in the participation reports?

I have several ward members who are indexing, but don't show up in the ward reports (maybe not the stake reports either -- I don't have access to those). Are their FH logins somehow not attached to their membership records, which are attached to their ward? How do they fix this?

I'm asking as a ward temple and FH leader.

My best GUESS is that they are not on the ward directory/Tools! or that they have selected to be Private. Only a guess. Try running the Directory report and see if their names show up there. I try to monitor the names on this directory often so I know who is new to unit/ward and who has left unit/ward.

Are they not showing up at all or are their records indexed not showing up?

They are not showing up. Their own name is not on the ward report.
