Can't Access Digitized Microfilm from Family History Center

Despite the catalog indicating I should be able, I can't access the digitized microfilm of Dearborn County, Indiana naturalizations (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/225019) at my local Family History Center. I only need to retrieve a page or two from volume 2 (https://www.familysearch.org/search/film/007786470?cat=225019). Can anyone help?

    @sjwilson77

    I am not connected with FamilySearch

    You should ask whether the Family History Center has the special Portal installed which enables restricted digitised microfilms to be accessed. This needs to be installed on each computer in the Center.

    Thanks for the response, Maureen. They have the portal installed on four of their machines, but none is currently able to access any digitized catalog materials. Sounds like the admin will need to contact Salt Lake for assistance.
