Our patrons are not able to access limited access records at our family history center. They tell us there is an article that tells us how to enable our computers for it to be able to show them these records. Where do I find this record?

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

[ And, I have been a Staff Member, of Family History Centres", of the Church, for many Years ... ]

    Just in passing ...

    And, just for starters ...

    Questions:

Are the "Ward/Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre", for your (Local) "Family History Centre"?

Or, are you a "Staff Member", of your (Local) "Family History Centre"?

    Either, way ...

Depending upon; WHERE, your (Local) "Family History Centre", is located ...

You may like to "Join", one or both, the following 'Groups', in the "Groups" Section of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

The 'Groups' that I would humbly suggest that may be appropriate are:

https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/family-history-center-premium-content-browser-extension is what you are looking for. The extension was installed automatically on most Church owned computers.

@ThompsonCarolyn1 if you are based in North America, there is a monthly Tech Talk that covers Center issues. First Thursday of every month, so tonight. Details:

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/76-family-history-centers-technical-support-north-america

And there is a spreadsheet in that group with information about the installation of the Premium Content Browser Extension.
