Family Search Planner

Not sure where to go for this, but I have used the Planner for years, especially to prepare written "Plans" for my patrons. A few days ago I noticed that trying to do "Written plans using the "Plan" function on Helper Resources did not work. I called FS's help center and that person/missionary also could not make it work (we even tried removing all cookies and using a different browser). So, he said he would escalate the problem to the engineers.
Well now it is even worse, when I click on a patron's name that I am helping under Helper Resources and go to the Plan function, all the old written plans are now gone and I still can't "Create a New" plan. Please please get this function working again including restoring all our old written plans for our patrons.

Also, I used to be able to easily find where I could make a case to Familysearch. Where is that now?/ And Please forward my issue above to the engineers so it can get fixed.

Hopefully, raising the Problem/Issue, here in this "Feedback" area, for 'FamilySearch'; as, you have done; and, referencing a recent PREVIOUS post on the matter, the Problem/Issue may come to the attention of 'FamilySearch', getting addressed/fixed, sooner, rather than later.
I hope, that this may help/assist, to support your case.

Well it appears that FS partially fixed the problem. Now I can see the previous written plans I have done for patrons and I can make new plans for patrons. but, when I go to print the new or old plans I get the familiar "Well this is unexpected .." note (meaning I can't print them). Fs needs to fix this. while they are at it, could thy please put a spell check in the body part of the written plans (they already have spell check in the titles etc for the written plans but not in the body portion).
