Change coloring on paging to see where I am

At the bottom of the list of Discussions I find a list of pages (this from Trending Discussions - Show All). I have two different screens and tried this on both screens and still cannot tell a difference.

I cannot tell which page I am on! Can you change the colors and/or boldness of the numbers or the shading of the block so that I can tell which page I am on?

If you look really, really, closely in good light, the 2 is a slightly different color. I agree, more contrast would be very helpful. Light blue on grey and grey on grey is really hard to differentiate.

If you zoom way in in your browser, the difference is a bit easier to see.

While we wait for the forum developers to fix this problem, you can work around it a little bit by observing what your cursor does as you move over the page numbers. The page you're currently on is not a link, so the cursor stays as an arrow. The other page numbers are links, so the cursor changes (in Win10/Firefox on default settings) to the pointing index finger.

    All

Further to what 'Juile' has proffered ...

Another simple 'Work Around', it to take a 'look' at the URL, at the TOP of the page/screen ...

When, one is on the FIRST page/screen, the URL is:

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussions

    Whereas ...

When, one is on any SUBSEQUENT page(s)/screen(s), from the first page/screen, the URL(s) is:

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussions/p["N"]

[ Where, "N", is (ie. represents) the actual page/screen number, that one in on, at that time ... ]

    eg.

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussions/p2

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussions/p3

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussions/p4

    ETC; Etc; etc ...

So that, one can easily be aware, of which page/screen, that one is on, at any particular time.

Sometimes, I do not even use the "Link" down on the 'Bottom' of the particular page/screen; as, I simply, "Change" (ie. either, increase; or, decrease) the "Number", to move to, the next; and/or, the prior page/screen.

I hope that this also helps/assists.

    Brett

ps: By the way, even changing the number to either, "1"; or, "0", moves one (back), to the FIRST page/screen.
