What all does a Family Search Affiliate Library offer?

An affiliate library has access to certain restricted records which may be useful in your research. As an example, my local library is an affiliate and I stopped in there this afternoon. I came away with several Cook County, Illinois marriage records, some New Jersey RC baptismal, marriage, and burial records, 2 Alabama marriages, and a few other things.
If I had tried to access any of those records from home, I would have seen a blank page with this notice:
Hope this helps.

I have answered this twice, and twice my answer has disappeared. Not sure what is going on, but I have better things to do than repeat myself.

A FamilySearch Affiliate Library offers access to some records which are not available on home computers. The big proviso is that the Library must have some of its computers properly set up for Access to these restricted records.
There is some information available on the FIBIS Fibiwiki page FamilySearch Centres https://wiki.fibis.org/w/FamilySearch_Centres which includes the following links

Yes - what I had said over an hour ago - but I guess I'm not permitted.
And, yes, I'm sure it posted because I saved copies.

Please be aware that you will not be able to view "restricted"records, added as a source whilst at an Affiliate library, when you get home. You will receive the same message as illustrated above by Aine.
If you want access to the image(s) again, you need to take along a memory stick (to download) or print out a hard copy, so you can see these records from home.
