Microfilm digitiztion question / request
Hello,
I'm wondering if it is possible to access the following microfilm FamilySearch Catalog: Northamptonshire families — FamilySearch.org as a digital version online? I'm fairly confident that the book, published in 1906, is out of copyright. Thank you.

@jdi1 Looking at the catalog entry, we see that the film that includes Northamptonshire families is already digitized. You can tell because there is a Image Group Number (DGS) showing. The film reel icon in the format column means that we do not have permission to display the images for that film online. Since this book is item 1 of film 990095, it is likely that some of the other 17 items included on the same film have copyright or other restrictions that do not allow us to make the film available for online viewing.
A Help Center article that can help you understand what you see in the catalog:
A next steps might be to search WorldCat to see if a public library has a copy. If so, many public libraries lend books to other libraries using interlibrary loan. You will find it at https://www.worldcat.org

Thanks to both of you for the good information.

@jdi1 My library has a copy, but it is part of the genealogy collection meaning it is not available on interlibrary loan.
If you need images of a few pages, I am happy to do that on a future trip to the library.
BTW - there is a notation in our catalog that it is a super oversize book.

Thank you for your kind offer. I actually have a copy of the book, but was just wondering how I could make it available to others who are working on my part of the tree. Yes, it is a large book! Elephant folio.

What is the best way to digitize a large book like this on my own? Just take pictures under good lighting with a high quality camera?
