Your "Cousin" MUST still be "Living"; and, in your "Private Spaces"; as, when we 'look' for her we 'see':

That Said ...
All you need to do, is go to the "Parent-Child" Relationship, in the Family. where she appears with her "Adopted" Parents; and, set/change the "Parent-Child" Relationship to that of "Adopted", against both, the Mother; and, the Father (or, whichever may be the case).
