How to switch position of parents?

Hey all!

I tried importing my FamilySearch tree to MyHeritage, but came upon an error saying:

"Incorrect position of parents for child Ana Joaquina Villegas Botero • G47F-C61:

- Parent 1: Maria Inés Botero Tobón • KZLH-R5G (Female)

- Parent 2: Manuel Eusebio Villegas Bernal • K2NX-T3G (Male)

Suggested action: Switch parent positions on FamilySearch."

I googled how to do that and came upon https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-switch-parent-or-spouse-positions-to-change-the-display-of-family-lines-in-family-tree, but the instructions there don't work for me. When I click the pencil icon on the relationship of the parents, there is no option to "Switch Spouse Positions". Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?

Thank you,

Julian

    @Julian Pulgarín

    Julian

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

I just took a 'look' at Ana Joaquina VILLEGAS BOTERO ( G47F-C61 ); and, her Parents.

    You are CORRECT ...

In the "Parent-Child" Relationship, her Parents ARE (ie. already appear) in the "Normal" order/orientation, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

And, in the "Couple" Relationship, her Parents ARE also (ie. already appear) in the "Normal" order/orientation, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

    That being:

"Parent-Child" Relationship: Father ( Male ), above Mother ( Female ), which is below.

"Couple" Relationship: Male ( Husband ), above Female ( Wife ), which is below.

So, that does NOT appear, to be a problem/issue, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

IF, the Parents were other than in "Normal"; THEN, there would be a "Switch Spouse Positions" available in the "Couple" Relation, "Pop-Up" (ie. "Modal" 'Window').

    So ...

    That Said ...

    That "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch:

How do I switch parent or spouse positions to change the display of family lines in Family Tree?

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-switch-parent-or-spouse-positions-to-change-the-display-of-family-lines-in-family-tree

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-switch-parent-or-spouse-positions-to-change-the-display-of-family-lines-in-family-tree

    DOES NOT apply.

    Now ...

    That Said ...

This appears to be a matter that you NEED to refer DIRECTLY to "MyHeritage_com".

    FYI

There was a recent post, just a week ago, on EXACTLY the SAME problem/issue with regards to to "MyHeritage_com".

    "Q and A" Section

    'Category' = Family Tree

Hi, can anyone help me to sort this "Muddle" ? Thank you.

My Heritage are saying I have some parents in the wrong places and I have looked and they are not in the wrong places,

"Due to technical difficulties, we could not import your tree from FamilySearch to MyHeritage at this time.

Your FamilySearch family tree has data that is currently incompatible with tree import and sync.

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/105127/hi-can-anyone-help-me-to-sort-this-muddle-thank-you

    So ...

    That Said ...

There MAY be a problem/issue, with regards the INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; and, "MyHeritage_com", that DEFINITELY needs to be looked into, on the "MyHeritage_com" end/side of things.

    Good Luck.

    I hope this helps, somewhat.

    Brett
