My Heritage are saying I have some parents in the wrong places and I have looked and they are not in the wrong places,

"Due to technical difficulties, we could not import your tree from FamilySearch to MyHeritage at this time.

Your FamilySearch family tree has data that is currently incompatible with tree import and sync.

Incorrect position of parents for child Robert Muddle • M2RL-NCK:

- Parent 1: Margeret • 94KM-5QB (Female)

- Parent 2: Robert Muddle • LTC6-G45 (Male)

Suggested action: Switch parent positions on FamilySearch.

Please try again later by using this link: https://familysearch.org/partner/myheritage

Sincerely,

This concerns Family Tree, not Community.

Looking at FT I see no muddle. I would refer this to MyHeritage tech support.

    Hi@stellaannholloway1

Since Heritage is another program, this may be just a guess. However, the parents of Robert Muddle (M2RL-NCK) who are Robert Muddle (LTC6-G45) and Margaret (94KM-5QB) have no relationship indicated in FamilySearch. Perhaps if you added an approximate marriage date like "About 1750" in England since that is a year before their first child was born, the transfer might work. You will need a date & place to save it. Here's a link to an article from our Help Center on how to calculate and enter approximate dates:

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/i-dont-know-the-exact-date-to-enter-into-family-tree

We hope that this suggestion may help. If not, perhaps Heritage can explain more clearly what needs to be in the information for it to transfer successfully. We wish you success!

MyHeritage is complaining that a woman is on top of a man, and wants their positions reversed. This echos a weird problem that is seen very rarely in Family Tree, one that per Ron Tanner in a recent video needs to be referred to engineers for investigation.

    All

    FYI

Just to so that all are aware ...

    I just took a 'look' at Robert MUDDLE ( M2RL-NCK ).

In the "Parent-Child" Relationship, his Parents ARE (ie. already appear) in the "Normal" order/orientation, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

And, in the "Couple" Relationship, his Parents ARE also (ie. already appear) in the "Normal" order/orientation, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

    That being:

"Parent-Child" Relationship: Father ( Male ), above Mother ( Female ), which is below.

"Couple" Relationship: Male ( Husband ), above Female ( Wife ), which is below.

So, that does NOT appear, to be a problem/issue, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

IF, the Parents were other than in "Normal"; THEN, there would be a "Switch Spouse Positions" available in the "Couple" Relation, "Pop-Up" (ie. "Modal" 'Window').

    As an aside ...

    Just for future reference ...

IF, the, "Couple"; and/or, "Parents", where in other than the "Normal" order/orientation, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'; THEN, here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':

How do I switch parent or spouse positions to change the display of family lines in Family Tree?

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-switch-parent-or-spouse-positions-to-change-the-display-of-family-lines-in-family-tree

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-switch-parent-or-spouse-positions-to-change-the-display-of-family-lines-in-family-tree

    I hope this helps.

    Brett
