On September 8, 2017, FamilySearch discontinued its microfilm distribution services.

In 2021, FamilySearch completed digitization of all microfilms. You can view many of them online at home or at a family history center. Please visit the site from time-to-time to see if records you are interested in are available online."

The microfilm is likely to be only available at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City

    The catalog entry is https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/132177

The records are from Personenstandsarchiv Detmold which now appears to be https://www.archive.nrw.de/en/division-ostwestfalen-lippe-detmold

Perhaps your enquirer could contact that archive.
